Exporting your library

A full backup of your real, original photos -- not previews or watermarked copies -- available on every plan, including Free.

  1. Click Export all photosIt's the button at the top right of your dashboard. No configuration needed.
  2. We prepare it in the backgroundYou don't need to keep the tab open. We email you a link when it's ready, or you can check the Library Export page the button takes you to.
  3. Download each partA larger library is split into several ZIP files. Each one has a folder per gallery with your original files inside.
Download links stay available for 7 days. One export runs at a time, and you can start 1 a day on the Free plan or 3 a day on a paid plan. The export covers your photos -- highlight videos aren't included in it.

Worth doing before deleting your account, or just as a periodic backup alongside our Data, Storage & Backup Policy.
